１．Premise

All drivers must strictly comply with the OFFICIAL TRUCKERSMP RULES ,

the ENJOYTRUCKERS Terms of Use , the TruckersMP Terms of Use , and the Trucky Terms of Use .

２．Eligibility

・ You must be at least 13 years old at the time of application.

・ You must own a valid TruckersMP account with no more than three active bans.

　 If you have one or more active bans, your punishment history must be made public.

　 Punishment history must always be public unless you have zero active bans,

　 in which case you may choose to keep it private.

３．Application and Training Period

Applications must be submitted through the TruckersMP VTC recruitment system.

The training period begins the day after your application is confirmed and lasts for 30 days.

You must complete all required training during this period.

If you fail to complete training within the time limit,

you may reapply 90 days after the end of your training period.

４．Safe Driving

Drivers must always prioritise safe driving.

If a driver accumulates 5 danger driving points, they will be dismissed from the company.

Points reset on the 1st of each month. Dismissed drivers are not allowed to rejoin.

【1 Point】

・ Job damage reaches or exceeds 50%.

・ Trucky flags the job as race miles.

・ Job was cancelled.

【3 Points】

・ Trucky flags the job as invalid miles.

・ Banned on TruckersMP, or performed conduct equivalent to a ban.

・ A manager or higher determines the driving was dangerous.

５．Tags

Drivers must always display the designated tag. The colour of the tag is at the driver's discretion.

６．BAN報告

何らかの理由によりTruckersMPからBANされた場合、

チケットシステムを通じて７日以内に報告しなければならない。

報告を怠った者の再入社は認められない。

アクティブBANが１以上ある場合は、処罰履歴を公開する必要がある。

処罰履歴は常に公開する必要があり、アクティブBANが０の場合のみ非公開にすることができる。

７．活動休止報告

何らかの理由により６０日以上活動を休止する場合や退社を希望する場合、

チケットシステムを通じて報告しなければならない。

活動状況については、Truckyの非アクティブ日で判断される。報告を怠った者の再入社は認められない。

８．ルール変更について

ルールを変更する場合は、施行の15日前までにドライバーに通知する必要がある。

９．ルールへの同意

応募した時点で以上のルールに同意したものとし、ルールに同意できる者のみが入社を認められるものとする。
