１．Premise

You must strictly follow the OFFICIAL TRUCKERSMP RULES ,

the ENJOYTRUCKERS Terms of Service , the TruckersMP Terms of Service , and the Trucky Terms of Service .

２．Eligibility

・ Applicants must be at least 13 years old at the time of applying.

・ A valid TruckersMP account is required, and the number of active bans must not exceed three.

　 If one or more active bans exist, the punishment history must be made public.

　 The punishment history must always be public unless there are zero active bans,

　 in which case it may remain private.

３．Application and Training Period

Applications must be submitted via the TruckersMP VTC recruitment system.

A 30-day training period begins the day after your application confirmation.

You must complete all training requirements within this timeframe.

If you do not complete the training,

you will only be allowed to reapply 90 days after the training end date.

４．Safe Driving

Drivers are required to practice safe driving at all times.

If a driver accumulates 5 danger points, they will be forced to leave the company. 

Points reset on the 1st day of every month. Drivers dismissed for this reason cannot reapply.

【1 Point】

・ Total damage from a single job reaches 50% or more.

・ Trucky determines the mileage as race miles.

・ Job was canceled. 

【3 Points】

・ Trucky determines the mileage as invalid miles.

・ Driver was banned from TruckersMP or engaged in ban-worthy behaviour.

・ A manager or higher judged the driving to be dangerous.

５．Tag

Drivers must always display the specified tag. Tag colour is up to the driver.

６．BAN報告

何らかの理由によりTruckersMPからBANされた場合、

チケットシステムを通じて７日以内に報告しなければならない。

報告を怠った者の再入社は認められない。

アクティブBANが１以上ある場合は、処罰履歴を公開する必要がある。

処罰履歴は常に公開する必要があり、アクティブBANが０の場合のみ非公開にすることができる。

７．活動休止報告

何らかの理由により６０日以上活動を休止する場合や退社を希望する場合、

チケットシステムを通じて報告しなければならない。

活動状況については、Truckyの非アクティブ日で判断される。報告を怠った者の再入社は認められない。

８．ルール変更について

ルールを変更する場合は、施行の15日前までにドライバーに通知する必要がある。

９．ルールへの同意

応募した時点で以上のルールに同意したものとし、ルールに同意できる者のみが入社を認められるものとする。
